In short: Bottle-Neck is free. It only shows ads you choose to watch in exchange for rewards, and it may offer optional in-game purchases: personalized ads are only shown if you give us permission, and payments are handled by Google Play or the App Store (we never see your card). You don't need to give us any data to play offline. If you use the online features (friends, matches, rankings) we store your player name, level and progress. Usage stats are only sent if you say yes, and never include your name. You can delete your account at any time.

3. Who we share data with

Online features and stats run on Unity Gaming Services (Unity Technologies), which processes data on our behalf: Authentication, Player Accounts, Cloud Save, Friends, Multiplayer, Leaderboards and Analytics. Unity may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Advertising. The ads you choose to watch are served through ad networks that receive the advertising data listed above. If you allow personalized ads, these networks may also use it to show you relevant ads in other apps. These are the providers we use:

Payments. Google (Google Play) and Apple (App Store) process payments as independent controllers. See Google's privacy policy and Apple's.

Other players can see your name, friend code, level and scores in rankings, friends lists and online rooms. You can block other players from the game. We never sell your data.

4. How long we keep it

5. Deleting your account

In the game: Online > My account > Delete account. It's deleted immediately. Without the game: email info@bottleneckgame.com from your linked email or with your friend code, and we'll delete it within 30 days at most. Your name, friend code, level, coins, skins, progress, records, friends, ranking positions and linked email are deleted; purchase records are kept for as long as the law requires. If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local authority.

7. Children

Bottle-Neck is for all ages. If you're under 14 (or the minimum age in your country), ask a parent or guardian before using the online features, linking an email or making purchases. Before the first ad we ask for your year of birth. Players under 16 are never shown personalized ads, and players under 13 are flagged as children to the ad networks. Purchases can be blocked with Google Play or App Store parental controls. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child gave us data without your permission, write to us and we'll delete it.

8. Security

Communication with the servers is encrypted and access to data is restricted. Still, no system is 100% secure; if we detect a problem that affects you, we'll let you know.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the game.
